Limited Edition Giclée Prints
We limit our edition sizes to not more that 200 prints, but normally will use smaller print runs of 75 or 125 to make the image more exclusive.Our Limited Editions photographs are offered as unframed to allow for personal taste and decor to be taken into account or framed ready to hang on the wall, either way each edition is signed and numbered in pencil and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Our prints are of the highest quality and are printed by a Fine Art Trade Guild, Guild Accredited Fine Art Printer to exacting standards, to ensure long life and superb colour.
If the framed option is selected the print will be framed by a Fine Art Trade Guild, Commended Framer to the Guild Conservation Level to ensure your artwork is preserved for future generations.
(Conservation Level framing should be good for 20 years in normal conditions, we recommend that you have the frame checked every five years or so by a professional framer, as pictures are rarely hung in ideal conditions)
Giclée is a term coined by print maker Jack Duganne, and is used to refer to fine art prints created on digital printing technology, usually inkjet printers.
Certificate of Authenticity
Each Limited Edition print we sell comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, this document guarantees that the Limited Edition work of art is entirely genuine, that the number of prints stated for the edition size is never exceeded and that the reproduction is created to a certain standard. In addition serialized numbered holograms are added to both the Limited Edition and the Certificate of Authenticity.The combination of certificate and holograms assures that each Certificate of Authenticity relates to one particular piece of art.
Certificates of Authenticity should be kept in a safe place away from the piece of art.
We also register all our Limited Editions in an online registry.
